At My Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at abdelk9388@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Perishable or consumable products (food, treats)
