By accessing and placing an order on My Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Products

All products sold on My Store are intended for animal use. We make every effort to accurately describe products, but slight variations in color or packaging may occur. All prices are in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, fraud suspicion or stock unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

Payment

We accept payment via Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards). All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store payment card details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images and logos is the property of My Store. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

My Store is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
